Lark is a pop-up restaurant and marketplace experience.  Attracting a sophisticated, but unpretentious clientele, Lark conceptualizes and creates interesting spaces to inspire guests in multiple ways be it through food, design, art, and conversation.

Our goal is to create a relaxing environment where people can be themselves and enjoy the company of others as we gather at the communal table.

The Marketplace begins with elements used for design of the space.  We love to collaborate with people who are passionate about their craft for special offerings.

All larks are open invitation until all seats are full.  Due to nature of our events, menu is subject to slight changes. Produce sourced local & organic when available.

Producer/Creative Director, Lisa Gutierrez-Martinez

Being the last child in a military family, Lisa Gutierrez-Martinez spent her formative years in Germany, gawking at the teenagers ‘70’s attire and enjoying tea with adults.  At age 7, she moved to Colorado where she developed her love of nature and attained a strong academic foundation.   A few years later she moved to Northern California where she was enlightened of fashion and culture.   She finally settled in Southern California and enjoyed travel to U.S. Cities big and small as well as few jaunts overseas to Japan, Canada, and Argentina.   The love of adventure and discovery instilled from childhood led to her favorite pastime, “going on larks!”.

Lisa applies the skills she has acquired through her fun and successful years coordinating and producing trend inspired stock photo shoots as well as commercial video shoots for an international brand.

Lisa holds a B.A. Degree in Psychology from California State Fullerton and lives with her husband and two sons in Huntington Beach, CA.
